I am Vanessa, co-founder of ALVANCI and a real estate personal shopper (PSI), passionate about the real estate investment sector. I discovered my calling at a school where I studied different investment options and became fascinated by the world of real estate. I enjoy exploring new properties and discovering their potential, but what really motivates me is helping people fulfill their dream of buying a home in Spain, especially in places as magical as my homeland, Lanzarote.

I grew up watching tourists from all over the world fall in love with my home, and now, from Ireland, I work to connect those dreamers with their ideal property. I live in Ireland, which allows me to be close to my Irish clients and offer them a more direct and personalized service, both in person and remotely. I understand how important it is for them to feel accompanied at every step of the process, and my goal is to provide them with confidence, transparency and clear solutions.

 I have a solid academic background that supports my work. I am a specialist in personal finance, and I have a master’s degree in financial management and management control, as well as specific training as a real estate personal shopper. This combination of skills allows me to analyze each investment with a strategic vision, ensuring that my clients make sound and safe decisions.

In addition to my passion for real estate, I am an active, healthy person who is always willing to learn. I practice sports every day and I am constantly striving to improve my level of English to ensure fluid and effective communication with my clients.

This allows us not only to understand their needs, but also to establish a relationship of trust and closeness. My career began in Nicaragua, where I trained as a General Surgeon and completed a Master’s Degree in Forensic and Criminal Psychology. These experiences taught me the importance of ethics, empathy and detailed analysis, qualities that I apply today in my work as a Real Estate Personal Shopper.

My interest in the world of investments arose in Spain, during a specialized training in investment strategies. There I discovered the fascinating world of real estate investment, a field that combines the possibility of helping people with the excitement of finding unique properties. It was then that I decided to specialize as a Real Estate Personal Shopper, a role that allows me to exclusively represent the interests of the buyer with transparency, dedication and personalized treatment.

Along the way, I met my partner, whose vision complements mine perfectly. Together we founded ALVANCI, an agency that combines the best of two worlds: my experience in Spain and her knowledge in Ireland. This collaboration allows us to offer a specialized service adapted to the needs of our clients in both countries, whether it is to find the ideal home or make a safe and profitable investment.

What inspires me every day is knowing that I can accompany my clients in one of the most important decisions of their lives: finding a home or investing in a property. My commitment is to be your ally throughout the entire process, from searching to negotiating, making sure that each step is clear, ethical and beneficial for you.

In my free time, I am passionate about reading, walking, and connecting with nature, especially in coastal landscapes and cliffs. These activities not only recharge me, but also remind me of the importance of finding balance, something I try to convey in every interaction with my clients.
